Control plane for the Docker fleet you already run

Secure fleet management for the Docker hosts you already run.

Everyone deserves a canary.

Comebye is a self-hostable control plane for Docker — Kubernetes is next. Enroll a host with one command, deploy through a canary, and roll back the moment something looks wrong. No lock-in, no surprise bills, no phoning home.

What's different about Comebye

Fair pricing

About a third of Portainer at every fleet size. Pay for the fleet you run, not the fleet you guessed — overage bills in arrears, so scaling down shrinks next month's invoice automatically. And the 2 AM rule: a billing hiccup pauses new host enrollments, never a workload that's already running.

Security-first

Comebye holds root on your hosts, so we build like it. Inspect the thing that runs as root: the agent is Apache-2.0 and outbound-only. We run an adversarial audit loop against our own product and commission an independent pentest before beta — and there's no default telemetry, ever.

No lock-in

The server is source-available today and converts to Apache-2.0 on a fixed two-year timer, release by release. Licenses are offline-verifiable files with no kill switch — we are technically incapable of remote revocation. License expiry never stops your containers.

Safe deploys

Everyone deserves a canary — two environments free on every plan, manual promote with a health gate, and rollback that's one click: "that'll do."

Get on the list

We're pre-beta and building in public. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when there's something to install — no spam, no sharing your address, and you can hear about launch week before anyone else does.

We store your address only to email you about Comebye, on our own servers in the EU. No third parties, ever. Want out? Email privacy@comebye.io and we delete it.
